Preferred Employer Program
Scenic Woods offers a Preferred Employer Program for K-State employees, Ascension Via Christi staff, City of Manhattan employees, and police officers, firefighters, and EMTs. Qualifying residents receive $50 off monthly rent, a waived administrative and application fee, and a waived security deposit.
Pet-friendly community
Scenic Woods is a pet-friendly community. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per home, with a $300 non-refundable pet fee. Breed restrictions apply. Please contact our leasing office for the full breed list, current pet rent, and other pet policy details, or to discuss an assistance-animal accommodation as part of your lease application.
